Vance Young

Vance Bondurant Young, a native of Wilson, NC, graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in history. Upon graduation, Vance joined Merrill Lynch as a licensed financial consultant, receiving his training in Manhattan and later at the Princeton Corporate Campus. In his first year of production, he was honored by being included in Merrill Lynch's Executive Circle.

In 1988, Vance pursued a lifelong dream of moving to Wilmington and joined the emerging sales team at Landfall, a gated 2,200 acre community located on the Intracoastal Waterway within biking distance of Wrightsville Beach. Vance and his wife, Porter Eskridge, built their home in Landfall and enjoy raising their three children in this beautiful community featuring 45 holes of golf by Pete Dye and Jack Nicklaus as well as one of the finest sports centers (including grass tennis courts) designed by Landfall resident Cliff Drysdale.

In March of 2000, Vance joined the sales team of Intracoastal Realty. With over 200 agents and nearly $1.2 billion in production, Intracoastal is the area's market leader - particularly in the high-end markets of Landfall, Figure Eight Island and Wrightsville Beach. Vance and his team are consistently recognized as the area's leading real estate group in terms of production.

Vance enjoys his relationships with his clients, as well as the thrill of meeting new people and finding just the right property for them. Specializing in waterfront properties in the coastal communities of Landfall, Figure Eight and Wrightsville Beach; his clientele include current and former CEO's and families from the major metropolitan markets of Washington, New York, Boston, Chicago and Philadelphia.

Maureen Robison

Born and educated in the Philadelphia area, Maureen graduated from St. Joseph's and Villanova University and taught school in Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Soon after, the "corporate life" led Maureen and her family around the east to Wilmington, DE; Virginia Beach, VA; Pittsburgh, PA and Wilton, CT. After settling in to Connecticut - and by now familiar to the process of buying and selling houses, Maureen was drawn to real estate.

Maureen Magee Robison listed and sold residential real estate in Fairfield County, Connecticut for fourteen years. Throughout that time, Maureen held several leadership positions on the local and state Board of Realtors. In 1993, Maureen was named Realtor of the Year.

Once settled in Wilmington, Maureen missed the energy and activity of real estate and asked to join Vance's team in 2003. Since that time, Maureen has learned about coastal living and enjoys being part of a successful team.

Linda Franklin

Linda comes to the Vance Young Team after 4 years in general brokerage. While growing up in Eastern North Carolina, Linda and her family spent their summer vacations at her great uncle's apartment hotel on the south end of Wrightsville Beach, so her roots go pretty deep here in spite of stints living in the Midwest and Europe. Linda is a St. Mary's, UNC-CH and Wake Forest Law School graduate. She and her husband Gus (a Duke graduate!) and West Highland Terrier, Fanny Franklin, enjoy living in Landfall on the lake of the Nicklaus Ocean #1. From there they love to walk over to The "Nick" for a practice, a round of golf or a great meal at the Nicklaus Clubhouse. When not working as a broker, she enjoys serving on the Board of Directors of the Country Club of Landfall and the Landfall Foundation Grants Committee as well as a round of golf when she can work it in.

Marilyn Worthington

With over fifteen years experience in real estate and finance, in addition to living on the coast from the Carolinas to St. Simons Island, Georgia, helping clients find the beach lifestyle they want comes easy. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family, playing team tennis, walking my dog on the infamous "Loop" and of course, the beach.
